Mike Yozell, local cross guru, will teach some basic cross skills: dis-mounts, re-mounts, running with your bike and cornering. This is great for beginners and seasoned cross riders--everyone will learn something. Bring your cross bike, meet at the shop and we'll ride out to a local park. If you don't have a cross bike, a road bike will do as we'll just be riding on grass.
